why I use Salesforce.com
In real estate, and sales for that matter, managing relationships is a vital part of business. With life as busy as it is these days, and no assistant to help me out, I desperately need a good CRM to help me stay in touch with the right people and to manage my time effectively. Here are the key reasons why I landed on salesforce.com as the solution for me.
- This CRM is hosted on the web. All my notes and contacts are kept on their servers, so I don't have to worry about losing my information if I ever decide to throw my laptop into Lake Norman. Also, because it is web based, I can use this to connect to this, so that I can make more of this.
- Price. $99 per year for a single user. Broken up into 4 quarterly payments of 25. That's a whole lot better than 39.99 per month for Top Producer 7i. $380 to be exact.
- It is all mine. I don't have to share the database with other salespeople, thus finding myself having to sift through other people's information to find what I am looking for. What can I say...I'm selfish.
- One word. MOBILE. Check this out.
For multi-user enterprise type solutions, I have heard great things about this, but you'll have to try it for yourself. If you need help with it, call these guys, and tell them I sent you.
